Your plant’s monitoring station data, clear on one screen.

Uptrol receives a copy of your automatic monitoring station data, compares it with the QCVN limits you apply, and warns you before a limit is reached. At month end, the report is one click away.

  • Free for 30 days on 1 station
  • Read-only, no connection to the datalogger
  • Alerts via Telegram and email
Sample data · limits per QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT column B

The station keeps running, but the person in charge is often the last to know.

Learning about an exceedance from the authority’s phone call

The data reached the department on Sunday night. The plant finds out when the call comes, and explaining it is much harder by then.

3 days without data

Data transmission stops and nobody notices

A power cut, lost 4G or a faulty probe stops the station reporting. Nobody watches the screen, so nobody raises it.

The 30th of every month

A full day spent compiling the report

Download files, paste into Excel, average, chart. Every month starts from scratch.

How it works

Four steps, without touching the system that reports to the authorities.

  1. 01

    Receive a data copy

Uptrol works with the station installer so the datalogger sends an extra copy (FTP/sFTP) to Uptrol. No broken seals, no extra wiring.

  2. 02

    Compare with your limits

Each parameter is stored and compared with the QCVN or environmental permit limits your plant applies.

  3. 03

    Warn before the limit

Alerts at 80–90% of a limit, on exceedance, and when the station has sent no data for longer than you allow.

  4. 04

    Automatic reports

Weekly and monthly PDF or Excel reports: averages, maxima, exceedance count and data-gap time.

Uptrol is display software. Data in Uptrol is a copy for the plant’s internal tracking. The official transmission to the authorities stays unchanged, and reporting obligations remain with the business. Uptrol does not provide environmental monitoring services.

Features

Display, alerts and reports for wastewater and emission monitoring stations.

Dashboard

Every station on one screen

Current values, 24-hour charts and the status of each parameter. Works on a phone.

Alerts

Early, not noisy

Separate early-warning and exceedance thresholds per parameter, with filtering so one odd value doesn’t wake you up.

Data gaps

Know when a station goes quiet

Uptrol tracks the reporting rhythm and alerts when it lapses, with the time the gap started.

Reports

PDF and Excel templates

Pick a period and download one file. History is kept for when you need to explain.

Devices

Calibration and inspection

Reminders ahead of probe calibration, periodic inspection and consumable replacement.

Permissions

Many stations, many people

Directors see the overview, environmental staff handle alerts, and an audit log records who did what.

Try it for 30 days on your real station.

Uptrol sets everything up for you. After 30 days you decide whether to continue. If you stop, we export your data and delete it from our system.

In return, we ask for two short calls (week 2 and at the end) to learn what the software should do better.

FAQ

Do you need to wire into or unseal the datalogger?

No. Uptrol works with the station installer to configure an extra data copy to Uptrol, the same way the station already reports to the department. Equipment and seals stay as they are.

Does Uptrol report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on the plant’s behalf?

No. The official transmission stays unchanged. Uptrol helps the plant monitor internally and catch problems early.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

You choose a paid plan or stop. Stopping costs nothing. Your data is exported to you and then deleted.

How much does it cost after the trial?

Pricing is per station, billed annually, with a one-time setup fee. We send a concrete quote after surveying the station.
